  • 1938

    Allemeersch established

    Establishment of blacksmith and trade in agricultural machinery from a sole proprietorship by Marcel Allemeersch in Aartrijke.
    In addition to the manufacture of tricycle carts for horse traction, the company also sells, maintains, and repairs agricultural machinery.

  • 1971

    Allemeersch & Zonen.

    The sole proprietorship Marcel Allemeersch is transformed into P. V.B. A. Allemeersch & Zonen. In addition to Marcel Allemeersch, his sons Johan and Paul are also involved in the company.

  • 1975

    Metal construction

    In addition to agricultural machinery, simple metal construction in subcontracting form is launched.
    This mainly concerns sawing and welding work.

  • 1980

    New activity in the company

    A resolute choice has been made for pipe machining activity.
    A pipe folding machine is made in-house.

  • 1984

    CNC Pipe folding machine

    First CNC pipe folding machine is purchased.

  • 1992

    Second branch

    As there are no expansion possibilities in Aartrijke, a company building is purchased in Handzame, where the pipe folding activities are housed.
    Other activities, such as drilling, welding, etc., continue in Aartrijke.

  • 1994

    Welcome Betty Allemeersch

    Betty Allemeersch, granddaughter of founder Marcel Allemeersch, joins the company.

  • 2004

    ISO 9001 certificate

    Allemeersch workshops obtain the ISO 9001 certificate

  • 2011

    Expansion to Diksmuide

    After several expansions of the workshops to 3500 m², here the limits have also been reached.
    A plot of 20,000 m² is purchased on the industrial zone ‘Oude Barriere’ in Diksmuide.
    A total of 11,500 m² of land is built up, and the activities of both Aartrijke and Handzame are housed in Diksmuide.
    The agricultural machinery activities are discontinued.
